Palsades Renovation - Washington DC

A year ago, we moved into the home you built for us in the Palisades. We still regularly remark to each other that we LOVE our home. We love being in our home, and we love entertaining friends here and hosting visitors. Earlier this year we had 17 people staying with us for an entire weekend, and everyone was comfortable. That speaks volumes about the quality of the space you've created.

Our positive feelings about our home are enhanced by the positive experience of working with you. Working with you was a dream. You made every step of the process not just easy, but fun, creative, exciting and enjoyable. You took us on a journey to find out what our dream home would look and feel like, and the finished product surpasses anything we had imagined. You helped us to make bold decisions that we never would have made on our own and, invariably, those decisions were the ones that make our home uniquely ours. Your ability to consider our wishes and desires, and to get into our heads, was remarkable. You thought through even the smallest detail as part of a cohesive whole, and the result is a home that looks and feels coordinated, finished and lovely in every respect.

Throughout the construction process, our friends were amazed at the experience we were having. Many people that make the decision to buy or renovate a home find the process confusing, mysterious, painful, protracted and expensive. We've had that experience in the past too. But our experience with you was precisely the opposite. Your team consistently delivered, as promised, and on time. Not only did the pricing for our home never change, but you built in numerous features that you determined would be useful or attractive and that we had not even thought to request. We were repeatedly pleasantly surprised by the decisions you made while building our home. All of this speaks to the absolute trust we had, and still have, in you and the team. We know that you stand behind the product you build and that you care about improving the community in which you live. You built us a home that blends into the neighborhood perfectly and looks like it's been here for decades.

As you know, we strongly considered buying every home of yours that came on the market for an entire year before we called to inquire about having you build one for us. Every time we entered one of your homes, we noticed that the craftsmanship and quality of materials you use surpasses that of other builders in the area. Your homes also have a family-friendly quality; it is obvious that you think through how families use homes and you cater to that vision.

In closing, we hope you know that working with you, and getting to know each of you, was one of the highlights of our adult lives. We look forward to raising our family in the home you built. We consider ourselves incredibly lucky to be living in one of your homes and to count you as friends.
