Design Build Washington DC House
To whom it may concern
This is to recommend Hanlon Design Build for any home construction projects you have in mind.
We had an open deck attached behind our home. It was a nice setting, but being open, it was subject to debris from the yard trees, the birds and other undesired impacts of nature. Putting a roof on and otherwise enclosing the porch looked like the way to go. We decided to do it and after a search, identified Hanlon Design Build as our general contractor for the project.
That was the correct choice. They got right with it and come soon with staff and work proposals, a timeline and cost estimates which went unchanged.
The work began and the workers and supervisors we clearly top notch people. We enjoyed having them around our home. The specialists who did the work on the roof, carpentry and wrought iron railings were professionals all. And solid people as well. Staff and executives visited often to check on the progress, answer questions and provide information. It was a fine experience for us in every way. An eleven on a scale of 1-10.
We were looking for some way to truly express our appreciation to the Hanlon people for their work. We volunteered to provide a recommendation and hoped it would also help others looking for design work.
