This total renovation of a stately, 4000SF Georgetown row home was recently delivered to elated homeowners. Working in accord with Georgetown’s Fine arts committee to maintain home’s historical authenticity, classic architectural upgrades to the facade and addition were artfully performed. The all-inclusive renovation included major interior remodeling ranging from replication of original moulding profiles to the fabrication and installation of custom cabinetry throughout. Wide plank, random width, Brazilian cherry hardwood floors were added as well as refinished in existing spaces to provide the home with new life and vitality. Our company’s continued dedication to green technology enhancements was evident in the ultra-high efficiency, 5-zone Infinity HVAC system, LED recessed lighting, energy-saving reflective roofing, and historically authentic yet energy star rated window replacements.
