This extensive project entailed a historical restoration and estate property development of an American craftsman style home with a Spanish tile roof in Section 5 of historic Chevy Chase, MD. The storied property is known as Endlane because once upon a time it represented the city limits of Chevy Chase. The project included extending the existing house footprint with a 6500 SF addition to the home, adding a porte cochere which provides spectacular panoramic views of the meticulously landscaped 1+ acre, the restoration of a granite two car garage with custom barn style doors, the construction of a separate pool/ cabana house, the building of a lavish swimming pool, installation of an ornamental iron fencing on the perimeter of property and much more.
